Description
The 6-S shaking table is the “golden partner” in mineral processing plants, specifically designed for the separation of rare and precious metal ores such as gold, silver, tin, and tungsten. It is particularly adept at handling fine-grained materials ranging from 0.02 to 2mm. It achieves efficient separation by automatically stratifying minerals of different specific gravities through the coordination of bed surface shaking and water flow.
Advantages
The stroke is adjustable and the operation is smooth
The lateral slope adjustment range is large (0 degrees -10 degrees), and the stroke is easy to adjust. When the lateral slope and stroke are changed, the bed surface can also maintain smooth operation.
Compact structure and simple program
The spring is placed inside the chassis, making the structure compact. The final concentrate and tailings can be obtained at one time.
High cost performance
Compared with traditional processes, the 6-S shaker does not require chemicals, consumes less energy, is easy to manage, and has a relatively high cost performance.
