Advantages
- The flotation machine is of shallow tank type, with a small impeller diameter, low rotational speed and relatively low power consumption.
- The gap between the impeller and the stator is large, and the stator is a cylinder with elliptical holes, which is conducive to the mixing and dispersion of air and pulp.
- The height of the stator is lower than that of the impeller, and the slurry circulation volume is large, up to 2.5 times.
- The umbrella-shaped perforated dispersion cover of the stator can separate the vortex generated by the impeller from the foam layer, so as to keep the slurry surface stable.
- The stirring degree is moderate, the solid particles are well suspended, do not settle in the tank, and there is no need to release ore when the machine stops.

Working principle
When the JJF type mechanical agitation flotation machine is in operation, vortices are generated in the vertical cylinder and the deflector tubes. These vortices create negative pressure, which sucks air in through the air inlet pipe and mixes it with the pulp drawn in through the deflector tubes in the impeller and stator areas. The mixed flow of slurry and air moves tangentially by the impeller, and then is converted into radial motion by the stator, and is evenly distributed in the flotation cell. Mineralized bubbles rise to the foam layer and are scraped out on one or both sides, resulting in foam products.
