Electric-magnetic vibrating feeder is a new type of continuous feeding equipment widely used in the manufacturing process of mining, melting, coal, building material, chemical industries. It can be used as the material supply equipment for the belt conveyor, bucker elevator, crusher, etc. Moreover, it can be used for automatic mixing, ration packed and automatic control line for the atomization of the production line.

1. As its simple structure, easy operation, no lubrication, low power consumption; evenly adjust to the amount of ore.
2. It has been widely used already, generally used for loose material. According to the performance requirements when configuring minimize stress on the tank material, effective discharge port shall not exceed one-quarter width of the material its flow speed need to be about 6-18m/min.
3. For feeding large amount of materials,hopper bottom discharge should be set at the enough height of the bar mine board, not affect the performance of the material to the machine, stopped mining plate fixed on the tank can not. To enable a smooth discharge hopper, silo best designed rear wall inclination 55-65 degrees.
