2. Some special materials machinery equipment should pay attention to anti rust and anti corrosion, isolate the contact with special chemicals.


3. The maintenance of bearing. Bearing in mining machinery equipment has large load, operate frequently, directly influence the operation rate of machinery and production needs, thus the maintenance of bearing has great significance for the maintenance of equipment. Bearing requires the lubrication oil injected in it must be clean, and requires a good seal.


4. The equipment should make regular inspection, fastening and maintenance. The routine inspection for equipment should reinforce, the inspection results should be recorded detailedly, for the future to analyse and judge mechanical faults.
